Quality on a project begins with quality fabrication. Harder owns and operates five industrial pipe fabrication facilities, including three high-purity production cleanrooms. Our quality control professionals work closely with our fabrication teams to ensure all materials are delivered to the jobsite ready for installation.
Our knowledge of materials, joining methods, and sequencing of work is a key component of all our quality installations. You can count on Harder Mechanical to bring the latest technologies and best- known construction practices to every project. To ensure our commitment to quality is shared amongst all craft and management personnel, Harder Mechanical invests heavily in training programs designed to keep everyone abreast of all current code, standard, and specification requirements.
Our pipefitter training includes piping material and components, material receiving storage and control, ASME welding requirements, inspections, examinations, testing, documentation, and traceability requirements.
Harder Mechanical has over 200 ASME-qualified welding procedures. Giving our craftsmen the tools and information they need is crucial to their success and performance. We take great pride in the work packages we develop for our craft and supervision.
We create project-specific quality manuals to eliminate craft uncertainty in the field, develop Manufacturing and Inspection (M&I) Plans, and condense volumes of owner specifications into pocket reference guides to maximize time on tools and minimize rework.
Our focus on quality starts at the beginning of each project and ends with a satisfied client. Our in-house teams of quality control professionals are committed to getting it right on every project, every time.
